24/7 EMT Staffed Response Center

UL Listed Response Center

The SafetyCare Response Center (SRC), headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania is fully redundant and compliant with UL requirements. In addition to typical Fire and Burglary alarms, the SRC is fully capable of monitoring two-way voice alarms. Two-way voice services offered by SafetyCare ensure accurate and efficient dispatches for the specifics of each individual emergency scenario. In addition to providing 24-hour personal protection for individuals in their homes and businesses, SafetyCare handles emergency signals from wireless emergency call systems installed at assisted and independent living facilities across the country.

The EMT Difference

In an emergency situation when acquiring and assessing critical information, who would be better equipped than the individuals trained to handle all types of emergencies. Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) have a minimum of 100 hours of training. They are trained in areas such as cardiac and respiratory emergencies, human anatomy, blood stoppage, trauma management and patient assessment, as well as many others. These specially trained individuals work alongside police and firefighters every day at the scene of emergencies. They provide immediate assessment and care prior to hospital transport. The SafetyCare Response Center is staffed 24/7 with certified EMTs prepared for every emergency situation. With two-way voice communication established, EMTs stay in constant contact with the user. They assess the situation, and when necessary dispatch emergency personnel while providing vital medical history to the paramedics in route. Upon completion of an alarm response, loved ones and caregivers are notified of the incident and the post-alarm status of the customer.
